Your direct route to official manufacturer service records

What we do

When you book a service at a franchised dealer, the work is logged into the manufacturer's central system. That record stays linked to the vehicle's VIN for life. FindServiceHistory queries those systems on your behalf and returns a clear PDF report with every electronically logged service entry — date, mileage, dealership, and work performed.

Who we serve

• Used car buyers verifying a seller's claims before committing to a purchase
• Sellers proving a full service history with a downloadable, official record
• Owners who have lost their service book and need a digital replacement

Where the data comes from

Our service history data is sourced direct from manufacturer central dealer systems via licensed integrations. We do not estimate or aggregate — what you see is what your local franchised dealership would see if you walked in and asked.

Coverage

Full dealership records are available for BMW and Mini. Porsche returns warranty and recall records only. Jeep returns workshop remarks rather than a full service history. Other makes are not covered yet — we tell you before you pay, and if we cannot find any records for the vehicle you check, your card is not charged.

Trust & transparency

• Card payments processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see your card details.
• No charge if no records are found — your card is authorized, not charged, until results are returned.
• Email and vehicle data handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
