Honda Civic tire pressure
The cold tire pressures Honda prints in its owner's manuals for each Civic tire size, by generation — Civic (11th gen) (2022 on), Civic (10th gen) (2016–2021) and Civic (9th gen) (2012–2015). Find your tire size on the sidewall, then read across.

Notes from the owner's manuals
- 215/55R16 93H: Printed '33 (220 [2.2])' — 220 kPa is 32 psi, and the Sedan prints this size as 32 (220 [2.2]). Treat the front figure with caution and check the door-jamb label.
- 235/40R18 91W: The front figure is printed '33 (250 [2.3])'. 250 kPa contradicts the 33 psi and 2.3 kgf/cm2 printed beside it (the same tire on the Coupe is printed 33 (225 [2.3])), so only the psi figure is recorded.
- 245/30ZR20 90Y: The manual also prints separate high-speed figures for this tire (up to 42 psi front).
What the owner's manuals don't say
- Only 2020 Sedan, Coupe and Hatchback manuals read; 2016–2019 and 2021 not read; Civic Si sedan/coupe (2017–2020) not separately confirmed

Figures marked "Owner's manual" link to the maker's own document. "Reported" figures are the maker's, read from a copy we could not get from the maker directly. A figure marked ≈ has been converted from the unit the manual prints. Nothing here has been checked against your vehicle: if it disagrees with the placard on the door jamb, the placard wins.

Tire pressure questions
What should the tire pressure be on a Honda Civic?
It depends on the tire size. For the sizes Honda lists, the cold pressure is 30–35 psi at the front and 30–33 psi at the rear. Find your size in the tables above, and check the tires cold.
What size tires does a Honda Civic take?
Honda fitted the Civic with 195/65 R15, 205/55 R16, 215/55 R16, 215/45 R17, 215/50 R17, 235/40 R18, 265/30 R19 and 245/30 R20, depending on the model year and trim. The size is printed on the side of your tire; the pressures above are listed by size.
Where is the tire pressure placard on a Honda Civic?
On the driver's door jamb — the Tire and Loading Information placard. It gives the same cold pressures as the owner's manual, which is where the figures on this page come from; if the two ever disagree, go by the placard on your vehicle.
